The ingredients described include macadamia oil, but the actual lotion received has no macadamia oil. Received with avocado oil. The lotion is good, but wished had macadamia oil.

I have been using this all over my body, including my face, for years. It is lightweight, not greasy in any way, and has no odor. (I hate products with "fragrances") Without it, I am miserable. Please do not confuse this with the "new & improved" product" that Cetaphil has come out with. It is heavier and not at all pleasant to use over the entire body. The lighter version has a green pump cap, and the "new" heavier version has a green and white pump cap. I am hoping that they do not discontinue this lighter product in favor of the "new". Edited to add: The last several bottles I have used have a distinct odor of a disinfectant I recall from childhood. I am wondering if the company cleaned their equipment and some residual is making its way into the product. That is what it smells like. Fragrance free, but not odor free.
