My family and I went camping this summer and my youngest was fascinated by being able to see so many stars so clearly at night. So clear we could see satellites flying across the sky with just our eyes. I pulled up a starwalk app on my phone and he was using it every night to learn about what he was looking at. So when I got home I decided to get him a telescope. He was so happy and he loves it. It’s a good telescope being the first on I have every bought. It's lightweight and comes with a carrying bag for easy transport. The lense is wide. You can actually see the dents in the moon, and up close on birds. It focuses perfect and comes with a sturdy tripod!!! I love it. There aren't many functions to this, there are extra pieces .

This telescope is exactly what I want. Good for traveling with it since it's not too heavy and easy to assemble. It has phone mount with two phone adapters. It's also a great decoration for my living room. I highly recommend. I'm thinking of buying another one as a gift for my friend.
