I bought these for a monster high halloween costume, they’re so cute and comfy! I gave them a test run around my house, and overall they seem pretty good. I did notice a bit of glue on the right shoe however, I wasn’t too worried about it. The support is great and I ordered a size down, i’m normally a 9 but ordered an 8.5, i’d say go a size down for narrow feet. The heel isn’t that high, and it’s easy to walk in. I read a bunch of the one star reviews, concerns about the top disconnecting and the strap at the top falling off or breaking, for good wear, don’t tighten the top strap super tight, that’s just for show!! it’s removable, tightening it puts more force when you walk which causes the disconnect of the top from the bottom. Go about medium tight. I just got these today, so how would I know this? Well, I was walking around my house in them and realized the strap was pulling on my ankle, which was really uncomfortable. I figured that’s the problem people are having. Super cute! Would recommend!

These shoes are both super cute and comfortable. There is no pinching on the first time wearing them. The soles are sturdy with a about 2 inch height. Despite how thick the platforms are, the shoes are incredibly light weight. They definitely feel like they're manufactured to last and wear well. My only warning is that I'm a size 4 normally but being that the smallest size was 5, I usually buy size 5 and put inserts in them. The size 5 fits perfectly with no issue so maybe get the half to whole size above your normal shoe size.

The shoes themselves were great, I found them easy to move around in and was able to wear them for quite some time before beginning to feel discomfort. My only issues were on the piece that wraps around your leg to keep the shoe in place. The metal details (if that's what you want to call it) were cute, but the on the inner part of the band (the part that touches your skin), the backing that secured the loops on often dug into my skin which was decently painful, but didn't draw blood. The elastic part of the band that houses the buckle also felt a little flimsy, and I was worried it would snap every time I tried to put the shoes on. Overall, a very fun and cute shoe, and great size options for someone with larger feet like myself.

Didn't expect them to be so big, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Not super tight like other shoes I've gotten off of Amazon, that's the best thing about them considering I have wide feet (had to size up of course.) and have to go through so much just to make a shoe fit, with just a little bit of force I was able to get this shoe on in less than 10 seconds! Very cute, just like the pictures, no damage, good quality, lot more comfortable than most mary janes I have.

These shoes are very cute, you get a lot of compliments, and they're about 3 inches tall. I wear a lot of platforms from 1 inch to 6 inches tall, and these are fairly easy to walk in. I loved these but on the first day I wore them they began to rip. The back of the shoe is separated from the sole. The first day I received them they smelled like shoe glue, and they didn't come in a box. The smell of shoe glue goes away in about a day, they just need to air out. They don't hold up if you're planning on wearing them for hours at a time, maybe just a quick event or something. The metal pieces that hold the holes open tend to open in the inside and cut me, it's not very bad but it does hurt. If you're planning on buying these make sure to order a size up, as they do run a bit small. Also wear thick socks with them because the metal bits will cut you if you don't.

I love these they’re super comfy in my opinion which i didn't expect really and look amazing just like the pictures. They do have a slight chemical smell but i expected it with them being new shoes, the buckles do seem a little cheaply made but if they break its an easy fix with sewing. I wear a size 7/7 and a half but i got a size 8 to be safe and they were perfect so i do suggest maybe going a size up. One thing that caught me off guard is how sturdy the platform seems, i bought some other platform boots awhile ago and seem people have the same problem with the platform coming off the shoe so i expected these to probably have the same problem. I was really upset when this happened to my boots but little tip for anyone who has this problem use gorilla glue i used a clear gorilla glue and glued them back together and they’re just fine now. Overall these shoes are a 5 for me i am in love with them. A pro’s and con’s list Pro’s - comfy - overall sturdy - good material - size sticker on back came off easy - good grip Con’s - slightly cheap buckles - slight chemical smell - run a little small (just size up one) Ps. sorry for the poorly lit photos

Got these shoes for an event, and finally wore them out this past weekend to that event, and from 3 days of wear the elastic straps ripped to shreds. Within a few hours of wear the backs of the rivets on the straps ripped holes in several areas of two different pairs of brand new thick, good quality thigh highs (and also ripped some holes in my feet). I tried wearing these with the straps a little loose, a little tight and just snug and each way would still rub holes in my socks or different parts of my feet. These were not ill fitted generally, the rivets will just rub through everything no matter what pretty much because the backs aren’t sealed. I would maybe just use nail polish or glue to seal them but after the straps broke I just gave up. Everyone else was shocked looking down at my newly opened socks with holes as the event went on and it was embarrassing. They all told me to just throw them away when I get home, which is what I will do Some people told me they were super cute though, in the morning before the holes were worn in. And they are super cute, so I give 1 star back haha
