Description
The Celestron CGX-L 1100 Rowe-Ackermann Schmidt Astrograph (RASA) is a wide- field astroimaging system with an 11-inch f/2.2 optical design that captures deep-sky images quickly. It uses 4-element rare-earth glass optics for accurate color and a 43.3mm image circle for large-format cameras. The CGX-L equatorial mount supports up to 75 lbs and features 144mm worm wheels, belt- drive motors, home and limit sensors, and internal cable management for stable, precise operation. The Ultra-Stable Focus System minimizes image shift, while a 12V MagLev fan improves cooling.
