The media could not be loaded. Original review: When I go to calibrate the hover board, I hold in the button, and wait for the indication beep, but then the red light stays lit and continues to beep nonstop. After 30 seconds, I turned it off, but a calibration isn’t reset. Do I have a different problem here? I’ve tried to get products help through Amazon the troubleshooting doesn’t cover this problem, and the call back feature is unavailable right now. Can I get a response from the seller? Update: I got an email from the seller who allowed me to return for free. It must have been a lemon. I purchased another one separately and haven’t had the same problem. But now we lost the charging cord and can’t find where to buy a replacement. When I go to purchase one I’m not able to find what voltage to get.

We've kept great care of the hoverboard and the circuit just shorted and will no longer work. We purchased it in March with the goKart attachment for our daughter's birthday. She loved it, yet has been majorly disappointed that it just won't charge to green even with it being plugged in for days showing the plug in cord is receiving the charge. The hoverboard won't. Our other daughter's works great. It's similar but we bought a different pink one on Amazon so they could tell theirs apart. Such a disappointment for the price. Super fun though! It lasted two months. Unfortunately, out of the time frame to exchange or contact the seller about it.

My son loved this hoverboard that he got for Christmas but unfortunately he was only able to use it for a little over two weeks. He was riding it when one wheel locked up and he fell off. It wouldn’t operate anymore with the wheel locked up so he thought battery was dying and he plugged it in. By the time he told his dad about it and we were able to inspect it, the board was very hot and we were concerned it could be a fire hazard. We couldn’t shut it off though and the battery was fully charged so we had to store it outside for safe measure. No one has been able to use it since. Too bad, it was a pretty sweet ride before it malfunctioned.

Love it! Kids love it, I love it. Should have gotten three of these. The light show is out of this world !!!! At night NOBODY will look cooler! This thing is crazy good! Easy to set up, easy to ride. Music is ok it will drive on pavement, grass, and sand, even a thick rug couldn’t stop it. My only gripe is the weight it is heavy about thirty pounds. To heavy for my nine year old daughter. Worth every penny !!!! Wish it was faster like ten miles an hour! This would have gotten five stars with speed upgrade!

My son received this for Christmas and seemed almost instantly attuned to it. A complete natural. He uses it every day, in and out of the house, and his balance on it is amazing! It has seemed to come so natural to him. In fact he's probably moving/ exercising more as he has to use his core to keep himself balanced as he zips around so I think that he gets some good exercise on the hoverboard. This was a gift that I was hesitant to give as I have seen all sorts of videos of being crashing and I figured he'd be the same. I figured wrong. This has turned out to be a great gift, one he has shared with his sibling, and one where they create games to play with each other as they use the hoverboard. Super happy with it!

We go this for Christmas and it is two days after New Years, yesterday it died. My son have been riding it every day. Yesterday the unit stopped while he was riding it and it came to a full hault. He couldn't get it to turn on. I looked at the unit and tried charging it, we left it alone for several hours. I looked up anything I could find on Youtube for alignment or calibration, tried all the tricks I could find, none of these were ever disclosed. No manual was included, a pamphlet was included that told how to charge and turn on the unit, basic instructions, nothing more, I found more things on the internet and Youtube. No lights come on for the unit, the charger shows a green led which might mean it thinks it is fully charged, it used to be red when we initially plugged it in. It might be that just this unit was defective, others might be good, but I am hesitant on going with the same brand when there is no manual for the unit. We will be returning this for sure and depending on how customer service is and how they proceed will determine if the unit will be replaced by the same brand.
