I purchase this dress in gray for a fall event. Its so flattering. I'm 5'4" , 160 lbs and my bust is 38D. I tried the medium. It was a bit to tight. The large fit the best. The fabric is not too thin or think. I can actually wear the gray without a slip. Its not transparent. I will purchase other colors.
