I drink picual olive oil straight as it is very heart healthy and the highest in polyphenols... I enjoyed this a bit, but it may have gotten too warm or too cold in the shipping process. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't as clean tasting as others that I have had. The peppery tone that I expected had a little butter to it, but in the end was very bitter and hot.
