This was really easy to put together. One person could do it alone. Not a bad starter desk. The little shelf on top isn’t not attached anywhere. It just sits on the desk. It isn’t exactly sturdy- it does wobble. It gets the job done though.

I was able to put together by myself in about an hour. Just started streaming so I wanted to start somewhere. The desk is super cute and light weight. I thought the little shelf was attached but it’s not and I like that I can move it around. However it is not completely level so it rocks a little. The only thing I didn’t like, is the color of the legs looked more gold in the pictures but it’s more of a dirty look. The side hook is pretty much useless for me. Too small to hang my headset on. I really didn't dislike anything. The price is amazing for this kind of desk. If normal value, I'd say this is a 150-dollar desk. I really like how sturdy it is and there is tons of leg room and space for everything. 10/10 buy, I recommend this desk.

It’s okay, gets the job done. Price could be a bit better, it should have a slide out table for keyboard, would be extremely helpful and space saving. I've had this desk for a year now. Overall, I'd say it's good enough if you are a casual computer user and need some extra space to spread out. The composite wood surfaces aren't thick, so abide by the weight limit if you plan to use multi-monitor mounts or you risk breakage. Among the pros, I've used this desk for my work and gaming computers this last year, and it served its purpose. Temper your expectations with this desk's strength and stability. It does have adjustable-height feet, but sitting on carpet, I was never able to fully remove the sway caused by multiple-monitor mounts. To be absolutely fair, I used a 4-monitor mount, which is very risky with this desk, particularly on the corner board which is just a quarter-circle shaped wedge. I installed two vertical support bars (the other came from my old 2-monitor mount) for reinforcement, which added weight but reduced the sway caused by so much weight. The desk's thin construction meant the slightest motion could trigger a person prone to motion sickness, which is an issue for me, but for someone who doesn't need to live life on 4 screens, it shouldn't be. I've had spills on this desk and eaten many a breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can rest assured this desk surface is easy to clean, as promised. For the cons, the biggest one is this model is NOT reversible. I see there are (at least) two similar listings on Amazon for this desk, one with a fully curved lower center bar, and one with a lower center bar that has two 45-degree angles instead of a curve. The one I received has the 45-degree angles, and it is NOT reversible. I can't speak for the other model, maybe it's newer, and maybe it is reversible. If you need that feature, double-check the screw holes to be absolutely sure you have the model that is reversible. I also do not recommend this desk for use with vertical mounts for 3+ monitors. Yes, it will support the weight of even a 4-monitor mount like mine if you aren't reckless, but every time you bump into the desk, you will worry about the wood snapping where the mount grips it. The reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because in spite of the issues, it served its purpose for the time I needed it. Now that I'm living in a place where I need the reversible feature, which this model lacks, I will have to replace this desk. ... show more
