Carolina Herrera EDT is an exuberant, richly floral, elaborately layered scent. The essence of a woman who is tailored by day, brilliant by night. The fragrance is a sensual blend of jasmine and florals, sprinkled with energizing honeysuckle. The perfume is housed in a romantic, statuesque bottle and is ideal for casual wear. Top notes are apricot, orange blossom, green notes, Brazilian rosewood and bergamot; middle notes are Indian tuberose, jasmine, Spanish jasmine, ylang-ylang, honeysuckle, narcissus, hiacynth and lily-of-the-valley; base notes are civet, musk, oakmoss, amber, sandalwood, vetiver and cedar.

This is a lovely fragrance, but it is not for everyone. I’m in my seventies and I think it’s a bit heavy for me; I would say it’s more appropriate for women in their mid-eighties and older. I’ll probably wear it to go to the theater or the ballet and in the winter.

I’ve been wearing this for over 40 years! It’s clean, classy, elegant, and sophisticated. I’ve gotten many compliments over the years but the best one was from a patient at a doctor’s office. I was waiting to be called when she arrived and checked in. She then walked out of the office and came back in, looked at me and said “You smell WONDERFUL!” I was slightly embarrassed being the center of attention, when others present started complimenting me and when a gentleman asked for the name as he was looking for an anniversary gift for his wife. I was not sure if this world smell exactly as it should but to my delight and surprise it was spot on. This is my fragrance of choice and is not available in the stores as it's old. Like C#5.. This event is perfect. The price was ok. I'm very frugal. I world highly recommend to another who enjoys this fragrance. It was delivered quickly and package well. I was not disappointed. From what I understand, Carolina Herrera actually doesn’t even produce this fragrance anymore, so we assume this is a knock off, and being such, it is definitely overpriced. That said, it smells the way I remembered the original.

I used to wear this fragrance 40 years ago but stopped due to my career in the medical field. I have decided to wear this fragrance again when I'm not working.....and I am NOT disappointed!! This fragrance is as beautiful as it was back then. I have had several people ask me what I'm wearing and I just received it today! This was my signature fragrance and I'm so happy to wear it again because none of today's perfumes smell good with my body's pH. There are only 3 fragrances for me and this was my go to.
