Carolina Herrera EDT is an exuberant, richly floral, elaborately layered scent. The essence of a woman who is tailored by day, brilliant by night. It evokes the freshness of a moment, the intrigue of a night under the stars; envelops with memorable intensity. The fragrance is a sensual blend of jasmine and florals, sprinkled with energizing honeysuckle. The perfume is housed in a romantic, statuesque bottle and is ideal for casual wear. Top notes are apricot, orange blossom, green notes, Brazilian rosewood and bergamot; middle notes are Indian tuberose, jasmine, Spanish jasmine, ylang-ylang, honeysuckle, narcissus, hiacynth and lily-of-the-valley; base notes are civet, musk, oakmoss, amber, sandalwood, vetiver and cedar.

This perfume is so intoxicatingly amazing that people have stopped and asked “what are you wearing?” I discovered it first on a colleague who had been wearing it. She gave me a short embrace and WOW! I immediately asked please tell me what you are wearing I had tried it on in Macy’s where it was 1) more expensive and 2) strangely did not smell the same. I ordered on Amazon and ahhhhh!!!! 1) it was half the price and 2) surprisingly just as amazing as I had remembered. I sprayed it on to wear at a formal night time event where the inquiries abounded. My only disappointment is that the scent does not last all night ( is it that I love it so much that I want it to be equally as potent by day’s end?). Regrettably, it comes only in one size. I plan to spray some into a mini atomizer bottle that I can keep in my purse for a re-fresh at the end of a long day. I almost don’t want to reveal just how amazing this scent is so I can claim it as my own unique find, but it is too good not to be discovered and enjoyed by others. It is a new favorite. By way of comparisons, my other favorites are: Estée Lauder beautiful; este vie by Lancôme; perfect by Marc jacobs; and jadore. If you like any of these scents, this will also be a welcome addition to your collection of favorites. ... show more
