2018 Exmark Radius X Series 60" deck

Living in SE Ohio the stock kenda turf master tires weren't working due to so many hillsides. The application was a 2018 Exmark Raduis X series with the 60" deck. Stock tires were 24x10.50-12 Kenda K500. This was an odd size tire I could not find a replacement for anywhere. I called Exmark and the drive wheel rim size was 12x8.50" which when I went to the Carlisle site and verified the size needed to run their 24x12-12 HD Field Trax ATV tire. As you can see in the photo there was plenty of clearance between the sidewall and the frame to accommodate the larger tire. I mowed the 6 yards I maintain yesterday and these tires made a night and day difference. Though it was painful to take off the basically brand new Kenda tires they just did not work in this part of the country. No more death slides on slopes and I mowed more of my backyard since buying the mower a year ago. I used to slide off the grade well below what I mowed yesterday. I am currently running 8 psi in these tires and the max inflation on the sidewall is 10 psi. If you have this mower you will have to reset your mind since the Kenda tires were at 13 psi per the owner' s manual. If you have a zero turn these work awesome and I have not tore up customer's turf after a full day of mowing.

Great zero turn tires

I was hesitant to purchase because I'm using them on a zero-turn mower which requires a higher low capacity. After seeing other people use these and researching the load capacity on the manufacturer's website I decided to go for it. These tires did the trick and function exceptionally well without tearing up much grass and with no compromise on mower right or function on my Dixie Chopper with 60 inch cut. Would buy again

Amazing tires for zero turn mower!

Put these on my Ferris is2100 zero turn mower and couldn't be happier! They're very similar in size, close enough. I know zero turns aren't very good on hills, but I'm not changing mowers anytime soon, and thought I'd give these a try. Traction is soo good now I can pretty much backup and turn on the sides of hills now which is amazing. They don't tear up the lawn any more than slipping with the old tires, you can't do "zero turns" with any tire without ripping up the lawn. I'm running them at 10lbs as the sidewall says, they seem to be holding up the weight of the mower just fine, and the ride is really nice with the pressure that low.

Excellent upgrade from stock tires

These tires are slightly oversized for the application (mounted on Honda ATC 200ES machines), as I could only get 25x13x9 to replace the stock 25x12x9 tires, but they fit with about 2MM clearance on each side of the front forks. Rear tires have plenty of clearance all around. First, the weight of these tires is about 3x the originals, and the thickness of both sidewall and tread base is substantially greater than the originals as well. Considering that the original tires held up for about 30 years (yeah, they needed replacing for a while!) over all kinds of terrain, I am hopeful these will stand the test of time. Also of note, I treat all my tires with 303 Protectant, and this extends the life of any tire dramatically in terms of weathering (e.g., dry rot). As such, YMMV. I don't have a before photo of the old tires, but one of the machines has stock-sized tire (mounted about 13 years ago) in the rear, and you can see that the new tires are significantly bigger. I was expecting them to be an inch wider than the old ones, but they are also somewhat taller. Mounted them myself, which was an incredible PITA, and very challenging compared to more conventional (skinnier and larger rim size) four-wheeler tires. I recommend having a tire shop do it! Well worth the typical mounting price ($20-25 per tire around here). They make for a smooth, quiet ride with excellent shock absorption at about 7 PSI. I only installed them a week ago, but well worth the price. Made in the USA.

No More Slides

I replaced the stock tires on my Ferris with these and could not be happier! I have some steep banks and some wet places, and these handle it all very well. I can mow within inches of the water on my pond dam now, and the steep inclines of the backside of the dam, which have always been challenging are easily handled. As long as you use some common sense they will not tear up your turf. In fact I am actually seeing less damage, because they are spinning and sliding. Paid $20 to have the pair mounted at the tire shop.

True size is 20x11 but still great tire.

I was in need of some better tires after adding a lift kit. Most options offered was to purchase new larger rims and tires. I decided to just reuse my original cart rims with 4” spacers front and rear with these tires and it came out great with no rubbing. These tires have given great traction on asphalt, gravel, dirt, wet grass, 4” deep snow, and reasonable mud as long as they don’t sink. Only surface I’ve gotten stuck on is a sheet of ice so far. Wide width gives excellent floatation over soft surfaces. These tires are thick and stiff so prepare for a fight if you plan to mount using hand tire irons yourself. Now the drawback. These tires true measurements for the total of 4 I received is 20x11 instead of 22.5x10. Now I know small differences are common in tires but I consider 2.5 inches fairly significant difference.

Good traction and looks great too!

I put these on my John Deere Z960M. The 24x12-12 was an exact size replacement. The traction is so much better on the hills than the stock Turf Master tires.

These have been great. Put two on a hustler super z

These have been great. Put two on a hustler super z. Gives great ride, flexes nice with the zero turn weight and gives traction when needs. Does not tear up the grass. Have had them on one season and looks like many years to come before needing to replace them.
