Wow, I'm a hard to fit, 5 10 in woman with some curves and most jeans I buy today sit so low they fall when i walk. It's ridiculous. I have to buy extra long shirts to cover my belly because low risers just don't cut it. I love these jeans! Just pure luck they fit so well! A little higher waist but not "dorky" looking as they fall below the belly button. The rear is very flattering and because they sit higher, you won't get much of the "muffin top". They are loose fitting and trouser straight leg. Can be worn for outdoor work or even dressed up for going out. Love these. They are a thicker denim and yet very soft. The length is perfect for 5 10. They fit exactly as pic. One thing... they do stretch a bit. At first they were a little snug but just like putting a new shoe on and as the day wore in they get loose. I probably could have gone a size smaller but I need a functional work pair of jeans so they do the job. ... show more

These are great pants, however they are a little large and fit more like a slim fit around the legs. If these pants were more loose around the legs and more of a straight fit, I would have given higher rating.

    • Actual thick pants for work.
Will work well for working where I could get scratched, but still has the gap in the middle of the back causing to to constantly pull them up. I had to order suspenders. Cathartic needs to consult a woman designer so they will fit in the butt better.

These jeans are very thin and cheap looking. I don't think they are real Carharts. They were too short and way too big in the waist. I sent them back.

    • Comfortable and durable
I absolutely love these pants. They're comfortable and durable, having put them through the wringer for a few weeks now. The only thing I would change is the mid-rise as I prefer a high rise, but they still fit well. I need a belt as it gaps just a bit in the back. I plan on getting more for work.
