Bought this product for my rear bench seat that has a center drop down armrest; they fit really well and provide 100% protection against dog hair and food and general dirt and grime for my leather/genuine suede seats in the second row! Seat, cover seat, portion sides, donuts, officially wrap around the seat, nor is with quite wide enough, it keeps popping off the corners Gonna have to do some homemade solution to get this to stay put we never stay in place with jogs moving around on the backseat disappointment on fit

It's a nice concept, but these things attract dog hair like magnets and keep slipping off the seats. Doubtless the manufacturer will say I installed them wrong, but then again, their installation instructions are so incoherent that Carhartts should publicly flog whoever "wrote" them. They are horrible, incoherent, inane -- I teach writing at a university, and even my "F" students could do a better job than this. Pros: Nice idea, in theory -- cool Carhartts seats to match my cool Carhartts jacket Cons: Don't fit my Jeep; make it impossible to raise and lower seats without Herculean struggle with straps, knots, etc.; collect dog hair like magnets, are incredibly difficult to take out and wash -- and given their lint-attracting feature, you will want to wash them often! ... show more

I was a little skeptical based on the reviews. Some of the photos also make the seat cover look like it doesn’t fit well and looks sloppy. While it is wrinkly out the box and not completely perfect, it fits well for a universal cover. My main goal is to save my leather seat from my English Mastiff’s claws. I was surprised by the feel and weight of the material. While I knew it would not be the canvas material, I was nervous that the nylon would be thin and flimsy. First impression, it seems quite durable. The fit is a bit tricky and took maybe 20min of tweaking. Parts feel like it is a little too snug, but with pulling and adjusting I got it in the right spots. The corner bits are a little tight around the head rests (not a deal breaker!) and the straps are a little tricky to adjust with the split seat. Again, just a lot of adjusting to get it how I want it. The draw string to tighten the base of the cover is hard. There is no give with it so it just doesn’t feel like I can get it tighten enough. The ends of the draw string go up the side edges, so there is a lot of play in that string. It’s also super tricky to find a good place for the hooks, on said draw string, in the corners of the base. I see in the video that he “hooked them on behind the seatbelt” but there wasn’t a fantastic spot for that. I’m not loving how big the holes are for the seat belt buckles. More seat is exposed than I expected. Over all, it looks better in person than the photos I took. I’m excited at the clean look, durable feeling, better than decent fit, and the color. My 4/5 is mainly due to the nylon drawstring (I anticipate having to make adjustments due to that) and how large the seat belt buckle cuts are. Got for my new F150 and they fit great. Looks really good in the gray. Hopefully they do a good job protecting my seats. Material feels the same as Carhartt winter jackets. Would recommend.

hard to find a decent bench seat cover. the western blanket kind are so cheaply made now, they hardly last six months, so I purchased this cardhart model. They skimped on fabric and it barely covers the seat. Fabric doesn’t stretch, of course, so I constantly have to pull it down and readjust it. looks like crap. seems to be the only game in town, so I kept it, but it is not recommended. ... show more
