I love the fit - they're true to size. I love the pockets and fit of the leg. I work as a CNA in a facility for 8 hour shifts. If the leg gets wet with water - they dry fairly quickly which I love. Pocket is big enough to keep a pen and a pocket notebook in which is handy. All my scrubs - I wash in cool water and dry about halfway then hang dry. These are my favorite scrub pants. I love the fabric, it's elegant, it looks beautiful, and the scrubs have odor control. I don't shower patients at work everyday so I'm not concerned (nor do I know) if these are water repellent but the fit is beautiful for someone like me with wide hips and a little bit of a belly. It's not too high rise or not too low rise, just right, the petite fit, fits perfect for me as I am just under 5'2. My large calves fit in these petite pants beautifully, and the colors are gorgeous. The blue Caribbean is my favorite so far color wise. Because the waist can be adjusted I can see myself wearing these for a long time. The fabric hasn't seemed to pill and I haven't had problems with wrinkles yet but I do hang up my scrubs. My favorite part is the odor control because since my job isn't very hands-on (I don't come across contaminants very often) I rewear my scrubs a few times before washing. This has been much easier with Carhartt's scrubs because they don't hold onto ANY body odors. Also the fit is different compared to figs. Figs' fit is geared toward showing your figure I would say, Carhartt's fit is more generic in the fact that it's a functional fit, so I don't feel like people will focus on my shape in my work setting yet it's still considered well fitting.
