Description

The Carhartt men's ripstop line provides durability with reinforced threads that are interwoven into the cloth creating unique fabric strengthening properties and comfort by being lightly sanded on the inside for maximum softness and convenience with all styles having large roomy pockets. The tradesmen pockets have easy angled pen slots. The multi-pocket top has four pockets with a chest pocket at yoke and large patch pockets

These shirts are the bomb for dudes. Now they run long and large but I already own some pairs and know that so I say they fit as expected. I am 6'1" 205# average build and these fit great in the medium. They are the only medium shirt I own the hat gives me plenty of coverage over my butt and does not fit snug around my torso at all either. I typically wear a large t shirt in every brand and can't get a at with mediums ever but would be swimming in a large of these. I love the two lower pockets for stashing my supplies. I can't get by with one chest pocket. I'm busy as a nurse and need to carry my crap end of story. The material is tough stuff to do if I need to wrestle an alligator or get in a steal cage death match that should be no problem. The texture of the shirt does catch stuff such as crumbs from eating or dandruff so be aware you may need to brush that off after lunch or combing your thick beautiful main or in my case heard. I like carhartt products. In my experience, they are usually made of heavier fabrics, are very comfortable, and will last quite a long time. Once in a while, the cut of the fabric is incorrect and it might not sit quite right on my body, but that is minor and doesn't occur very often. This scrub top is more comfortable than the other Cherokee scrubs that I have. There is a little more room for arm movement, which is nice. My only issue is that every product comes with the logo emblazoned somewhere on the product. I would rate this 5 stars if I could only buy it without a logo. ... show more

I ordered a small, I'm 5'9" 190lbs. I read other reviews stating to order a size down for a tighter fit. I'm not in great shape, couldn't even call myself in good shape. I'm definitely rocking a little bit of a beer gut/dad bod. But the small was still the right choice. It fits so good, just like my $5 medium fruit of the loom pocket T from Walmart. It's so nice I don't have to wear a shirt underneath if I don't want to and bending over won't show off my out of shape body. Only thing I wish is that the logo wasn't printed on the outside. I may take a seam ripper to remove it. I would also like a pen spot on top pocket. But that's just a personal preference. ... show more

With covid making many work from home, these are the comfy clothes you want while spending the day on the couch. Pockets mean you don't have to hunt for your glasses or the tv remote. I have one of these which has been through about 5 washings and they get more and more comfortable the more you wear them. Sizes do tend to run slightly large, so if you are borderline on sizing, it might be a good idea to go one size smaller. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Bought the medium top and pants at same time. Pants are fine once I get legs around ankle hemmed. The medium top is way too big (I had to make sure this was a medium size and not a large). I have returned the medium and will get a small top. I can't remember the last time I've wore a small size of anything. Will repost once I receive the small and see how it fits. At least Amazon had a good return policy. update: I got the small size yesterday and fit is ok a little snug around the waist IMO but shoulders seem ok, don't go past the shoulders like the medium did. I will keep it, but will probably keep buying the Landau 7489 5-pocket tops until I find something better. Carhartt does have a few color options that Landau doesn't, so I may get those. Material of the Carhartt seems more durable than the Landau fabric. Some of my Landau tops I've had for over 4 years and the material is getting a little thin. If you are like me 5 foot 7inch and around 170 pounds and say to yourself, "I will get a medium, I've never wore a small size", make sure the store has a good return policy. August update: Wore to work one day; prob wont wear again til winter. I was sweating all day even though I had showered that morning. These Midwest summers can get hot and sticky. I've worked in the medical field for a few years and have tried several brand of scrubs. I was turned off by the high price of the Carhartt, but finally decided to try them. I havent been disappointed. They look great, the colors are fantastic and the cut is perfect. The cut is roomy and the fit is a big. I usually wear a large scrub in other brands but wear a medium in Carhartt (havent wore a medium shirt since high school). I love the roomy cut, when I'm in the hospital sometimes I'm kneeling on the floor or reaching over things; these scubs are super comfortable in these situations. The design is great with plenty of pockets to hold my stuff. The scrubs havd an elastic waist and belt loops so they wont fall off your backside. I have owned several pair for over a year now and they are still holding up good. The only minor criticism is that I with the chest pocket was a little deeper; I lose my pens sometimes. Don't hesitate to try these scrubs, they are worth the extra price and I dont plan to change brands anytime soon. ... show more
