I’m a contractor and I use this pants almost every day I love all the pockets they have they fit my tools perfectly. Then have been holding up pretty well so far seem they seem very durable . I wore them to a bunch of jobs and they haven’t ripped or torn yet very happy with These pants.

I have been wearing carhartt products for years from jackets to bibs . This is the first time the sizing has been off. They fit but are tight , I know I ordered the right size because everything else I have in the same size fits comfortably.

I usually wear what I think are called “traditional” fit Carhartts because the pocket arrangement is perfect for me. I decided to try the “relaxed” fit this time because i thought they might suit my skinny legs better, which my wife confirms is true. After 20 years of the “trad” fit, these feel tight to me. I will still wear them but just for “dress”, and will go back to “trad” fit next time. These also ride lower on the hips, which I don’t mind, except that the zipper is 1 inch shorter, which may be an issue for some when visiting the loo and needing access without a bit of a struggle, if you know what I mean. If you don’t know what I mean, the relaxed fit is perfect for you, congrats. My bottom line, if the fit is what you like, they are fine. If you are a trad fit guy, try on first.

I've owned two pairs of these in the last 12 years. That pretty much says it all, but let me elaborate. Old blue jeans in the yard when I would cut the grass, string trim, or really do anything. Jeans are not meant for that, they get torn aparts and ruined within a few uses. I happen to be at tractor supply so I decided to give them a shot. My first pair with heavy use lasted almost 12 years. I just recently threw my first pair away and they were covered in paint, tears in the knees, but overall they were still soft and actually in reasonable shape. Shape. Now I'm not a professional contractor so I don't wear them every day but they get weekly use. You can't buy jeans. Cheap, these things are worth their weight and gold. Do not buy Dickies or the other knockoffs, you have to buy the original carhartts. You'll be glad that you did

These pants are very comfortable I ordered a 34/34 and I am 6' -189 lbs my complexion is skinny but my belly is not exactly flat, all my jeans (including Levi's) are 34/34 and these pants fit just right. They are as thick as jeans which is nice if you are going to do any type of activity other than walk, they look like they would survive a scrape on a tree trunk or even on the asphalt, if they were 10 dollars less I would buy several pairs. Ohh did I mention that the length is slightly generous which for me works out great so when you are sitting down the end of the leg does not go above your 8" tactical/work boots and you don't have to get the pants outta your boot every time you stand up (I LOVE THIS).
