After purchasing Carhart Relaxed Fit Heavyweight 5-pocket tapered jeans for the last two years, I have decided to try out these medium weight relaxed fit jeans. I would wear holes into the seat of the heavy denim jeans in less than 6 months doing light duty work in an electronics assembly occupation. Also, straight leg jeans are more preferable to me. These medium weight denim relaxed fit are none tapered and fit over my work boots. The coin pocket is deeper than the heavy weight denim version. Maybe these jeans will last longer than the heavy weight denim version. At least both are 100% cotton with no spandex material. ... show more

These are heavy duty pants! I waited to review for a few weeks until they had broken in (they do need to be broken in). At first they were a bit tight, but broke in well and are now VERY comfortable.
