I should have questioned when the parts verification tool said that it fit 2012-2020 GM 1500 4X4. It definitely does not fit the new 2019+ Silverado/Sierra half ton trucks. The shaft did seem nice though. The boots were quite flexible and there were no issues with leaks or anything. It just wasn't the correct part. 1 of the 2 CV axles I bought came with the cap off and grease pouring out. They are just staked in so a good jostle before they are installed can knock it off. But Amazon did a quick exchange and they are both installed along with the lower control arms I ordered. So far so good.

Boot cracked in 6 month's and now I have black axle grease all over everything its worthless I should of spent the extra on a ac delco pretty much worthless cause now I'm in same deal I was in before install cause that was the reason why I changed it now another couple hrs for free

Wheb opened one was fine and the other was damaged. Boot was tore and grease was leaking out, the inside join was not attached and could not get it to stay in place. It took me a little longer to instal, so the return windo passed.

Was pretty easy to install. Recommend getting penetration oil on the bolts the night before to make it easier to remove them. It’s been two weeks since I installed them and no issues so far.
