I love this sweater! It's very soft & comfortable but not too thick. Description says mock turtleneck which it is NOT. However, it's a loose turtleneck Doesn't feel like you're choking. It's true to size. I'm considering ordering a couple more colors. I ordered black to wear with a costume.

It has been a log time since I have gotten a turtleneck shirt because I did not like the way the turtleneck felt like, it was choking me. However, I liked how this one looked so I took a chance and ordered it. I waited until the temperature got cooler outside before trying it on. So I did early this morning, as it was kind of cold in my apartment. The first thing I noticed is that the size I ordered is one size bigger than my normal size clothing and it fits as it if was my normal size. This tells me that the sizes of these shirts are one size smaller than the standard USA sizing chart. I am glad I ordered it one size bigger so I can enjoy the shirt. The second thing I noticed was the weave design. It is see through. Not see through from the outside looking inward to be able to see the skin, but seeing from the inside of the fabric to see light and recognizable figures on the outside. Wearing this indoors where there are cold drafts (from the a/c running) helps to keep warm without sweating. I will have to wait till winter to see how well it works outside in the cold. As for the turtleneck, I like the way it is made. It is not a tight turtleneck, it is loose and has a dip in the front which keeps me from feeling like I am being choked. And that is folded down. I can unfold it and it stretches all the way up to the top of my forehead. Great for keeping a cold nose warm when needed. So, all-in-all, this shirt is pretty good. If I had ordered my standard size it would have been too tight. Some people may like tight, I do not. For those who like tight then order your normal size. ... show more

This turtleneck is SOOO CUTE!!! it's the perfect pink color and fits me perfectly. It's large and loose and true to size. The color is everything. It's super soft and comfortable.

This is a classic turtleneck. First, the fit is a little smaller than I anticipated, so size up. Also, pay attention to the length of the body of the sweater - it was a little shorter than I like for this type of sweater- I like them a little longer and on the picture it looks like a nice length, but that wasn't my experience. This long sleeve shirt has nice long sleeves, I have long arms and they go all the way to my wrists when my arms are lifted forward. the material is soft and lightweight but still very warm. I usually don't like turtle neck style because I don't like tight collars, but this one has a slouched collar that isn't too tight. I was looking for a dressier type black sweater to wear with skirts at work. This is longer than I expected so not quite what I envisioned with skirts. But it is not quite long enough to wear with just leggings--it could be paired with them, just not my style. The turtleneck is nice and loose with a nice drape to it. Great plus size sweater with waffle pattern. The material of this sweater is soft. After I tried this sweater on I became immediately warm. This is a perfect fall/winter sweater. Great for staying cozy and warm. The elastic inside the neck area had a limited stretch to it so it was alittle difficult to pass over my head.
