Nothing compares. This is by far the most delicious, freshest-tasting, most full-bodied and well-rounded flavor, gently green, floral, and mildly sweet all at once. I struggle to even _describe_ how _vastly_ superior this unfiltered Carapelli is! A true delight! It has a vitality hard to put into words. I won’t look back: it’s Carapelli unfiltered from now on! This USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC EVOO is unfiltered. It comes in a dark glass bottle which preserves the flavor, color & aroma. It has a unique nutty flavor with hints of green leaves & apples. It's free of harmful pesticides, toxic chemicals & artificial ingredients, which allows the flavors to really pop. It's a culinary essential in our house. We only use olive oil & avocado oil. We've also started taking a tablespoon on an empty stomach 1st thing in the morning. This helps with G.I. issues!
