It covers the seat bottom well, but not completely - more like 95% - enough to protect from minor spills or muddy paws. It stays in place well, even with a big dog pacing around on it. Could be my vehicle but despite having the hooks and straps it still seems to slide a bit on the back seat. It works though because normally I don't have many passengers in my car. Over all they cover the seat well and that's all that matters to me.

This seems decent quality. The photo on Amazon makes it look light grey but it is much darker than it appears on the photo. See my photo for a better idea of how dark it really is. I bought it to protect my seats from my wheelchair and I'm sure it'll do that job. But I have light grey seats and wanted something to match. Oh well.

I have order these seat covers 3 times because one was faded and I sent it back and ordered another and that one was faded as well.. they seem to be good but faded color is not good at all.The seats don't match...I also ordered the back seat cover as well and it's dark black like it should be but the faded seat cover is very upsetting. The buckles on them do not help them stay put so I just ordered new ones to fix that problem now the one front seat is sturdy but I didn't even attempt the other seat yet because I am sending it back in hopes of not getting another faded one.. currently waiting on another one to come tomorrow... and I am going to hold this one.. to compare the two again.. then I'll return it after i receive the other one so that way I know that they are not resending me the same seat cover...I will update my review if I receive a darker one that matches both front seats as they should.. they were easy to install but they do need a bit of tightening or better fasteners.. they are too expensive to not match each other.. but they do feel nice to sit on..i just need them to match each other.
