I already love loud music and I’m attracted to Bass when I’m listening to my music. This cymbal just made it more fun! It’s easy to attach to my dashboard. It’s light weight, and a nice decent size, not overbearing and too distracting. Adds to the joy of riding Anne enjoying your music with a little more extra sound especially listening to Prince! I would give this 5 stars if it was more durable. Haven't had it for 24 hours and the screw that holds the cymbal in place stripped out to where it falls apart at any hit. It's not built to withstand a finger, more like a straw or toothpick. 5 starts for fun, 1 star for durability.

The concept is fun -- it's a little cymbal you clip to your car or afix to some other surface (it comes with an adhesive backing) so you or your passenger can tap along to music at red lights. It seems silly, but I have another one attached to the back seat of the car, and the kids seem to enjoy it too. Unfortunately, the build quality doesn't hold up. The cymbal attached to the plastic arm with a thin metal screw that goes directly into a hole in the plastic base. No insert or reinforcement... just metal threads twisting into soft plastic threads. After a few minutes of light tapping (nothing aggressive) the screw came loose. Now, I work with precision equipment and know how to handle fragile components. I was NOT overdriving the screw, inserting it at an angle, or cranking on it. Still, when I tried to reattach it, I found the plastic threads were already stripped. Now the screw just spins in place and the cymbal falls off when tapped. This kind of failure isn't surprising. Metal threads in unsupported plastic with minimal depth don't last, especially in a product intended to be hit repeatedly. It's a poor design choice for a percussive toy. As I mentioned above, I have another unit as well. This one was also purchased from Amazon, and I gave it a 4-star review. Not only is it slightly less expensive than this one, the quality is much better. It comes with foam buffers to absorb stress, and it uses a small metal channel to hold the screw in place. That's a smarter choice that gives the product a chance at lasting longer than a single car ride. Could I fix this with JB Weld plastic bonder and a new pilot hole, or install my own brass insert into the arm? Sure, but that's a pain and extra dollars that you shouldn't waste when you can just buy a different one for less money. Would not recommend this specific model/manufacturer. Cost-cutting produced something not up for the intended task.

I got this for my friend who is a drummer. It looks and sounds like a mini cymbal, although not quite as loud. I took it out and put it in his car and was sitting in front of it so he couldn't see it. When he turned on the air and started driving he looked so confused and just laughing so hard. This is a perfect gift for a drummer or anyone wanting to add fun in their car.
