I expected this book to be just another attempt to make money off my fear of being taken advantage of by slick car salesmen, but it's the exact opposite of that. Steven lays out the hidden strategies of dealerships, sales people, finance organizations, insurance companies, etc. I've been around the block more than once and I thought I knew what to look out for, but I was wrong in ways I didn't even think of. And it all makes sense. That's the interesting thing. I found myself thinking, "Oh, I get it now, of course," many times as I read.
