Living out in the middle of rural America, there are a lot of things that you must do to keep things nice and clean. One of them is I always like to have pleasant smells in my life and the ol' ranch truck that I use for hauling firewood and moving heavy, dirty material, always stinks like old mouse urine, and hidden critter carcasses. Not pleasant, but if I could have a five-pack of air fresheners to make things smell nicer (or hide the things that I just don't want to begin to fathom are around), then I am happy as can be. These air fresheners smell nice, they are reported to last a few weeks at a time, and it will assist in making the ol' ranch truck tolerable with the scent.

Getting 5 fresheners at the current price point is a deal except they’re not all as strong in scent. The dice which smells nice is extremely subtle. If you place it right underneath your nose, you will smell it and the dice smells quite nice too; like a floral jasmine like smell. But if you hang it on your car mirror, you can’t smell it. That’s how light it is. I tried the skull w/ the triple 7 on it and placed it about 3 feet away from me. It was light at first but after a couple of hours, i noticed it more. I did not care for the scent on that one because it smelled generic and artificial whereas the dice one smelled great, it was just too light. The skull w/ the triple 7 which was a bolder smelling scent, smelled a little weird. It didn’t smell natural like the dice one. If you prefer a subtle scent, then these might work for you, but if you prefer a stronger scent, these may not be for you. They are all glittery, black and gold, skull designs and look like they could be tattoo flash.

I like these air fresheners. I like the designs. The skeletons are fun, not scary. Plus, I really enjoy the sparkle. My son likes picking out which one will get put in the car next. Lol. They each have a different, unique scent. They don't all smell the same, or even similar. However, all of the scents are divine. I would say they last about three to four weeks, which is about what I would expect for car air fresheners. All the designs, just like the scents, are completely different from each other. It certainly keeps me from getting bored with the same thing hanging from my mirror all the time.

Not sure if they all have the same scent because they are individually sealed without any labeling or description of what it smells like. But the one I opened so far smells pretty good. Hard to say if it's floral or otherwise. It's somewhere in btwn. Either way, my car smells better than it did before I hung it up in there. Cardboard is really sturdy & reflective design is not cheapy looking. Reminds me of the cool stickers that you could get in gumball machines in the 90s. I loved those. Took off 1 star bc I would have appreciated some way of knowing what the scent was before I open.

I like the look of these skull car air fresheners with the gold foil prism background and the black outlines, and they have a stretchy cord for hanging. They are a good thickness and reasonably sturdy. The scent smells good on these car air fresheners but the scent is fairly weak. If the air vent is blowing warm air directly on the air freshener I can smell it but there is no noticeable scent in the car in the morning after sitting closed up all night. If the scent were stronger, these would be fabulous as they are super cute and well made otherwise.

First of all and most importantly, the scents don’t last long. I put one of these air fresheners in my car and didn’t drive for a week. I expected to be punched in the face with fragrance when I opened the door. I couldn’t smell anything, it just smelled like a car that needed to be aired out. So I rubbed my fingers on air freshener and then smelled them. NOTHING. No scent whatsoever. That was the pair of dice one. The smell was originally some sort of cologne scent or something. I’m just guessing, because none of the packets have the fragrance listed. It’s literally a guessing game. My husband tried the cowboy one and he had the same experience. A vague cologne scent that didn’t last. These air fresheners are just not it. Fun designs is where it ends. I don’t recommend.

My friends and band mates often make fun of me and my love of everything skulls. And now I have skull air fresheners. So of course these were perfect for me. But unlike some fresheners that are so strong when you open them that they are almost unbearable, these are in my opinion more subtle in their scent. Honestly this is my preference, that way it's not so obvious but more in the background. I like the design and the gold glitter is a plus to their coolness. Odds are these will still hang from my rear view mirror long after their scent has faded. Thank you.
