Think value. You get 15 tubes to make 15 cannolis for 15 of your friends just waiting to eat them. Being a New Yorker and spoiled because all I had to do is walk in a bakery and load up on all my favorite pastries and eat them walking out the door. Now I have lived in Colorado for 30 years and have had to learn all the N.Y. deli secrets for rice pudding, potato salad,etc. Red onion sauce for hot dogs. These tubes are incredibly easy to use. The split design and thin material make it easy to remove cooked cannoli shells. However, the edges of the molds are very sharp. I like the length of these, however you have to put the dough on just right, otherwise it goes over the edge and is impossible to take off without cracking. The edges are sharp so be careful.

Works perfectly fine and are very convenient. Just don't cut yourself when removing the cannoli! The edges are rather sharp. I cut myself with them several times. Might be a good idea to wear some sturdy gloves while using them.
