Well for about 50 buck, it does what I need for now. I just started working out and could not get on the floor and it helps me ge t a few reps in at a time. Will use until I build some core muscle. Great for beginners. Only thing is that its not that sturdy. I think it will eventually break. Hopefully I get some results first. I do feel my muscles burning so it does work! I'm 180 lbs if that helps.

I would give the easy to use question no stars. THE MACHINE IS CHEAPLY MADE. FEELS LIKES ITS GOING TO BRAKE SOON AS YOU GET ON IT. The more you weigh, the worse it is. Maybe try one thats more expensive. Dont waste your time with this one. I tried to return the product but they want me to pay for the return.

Parts were bent so it rocked were you place your knees that was meant for a child’s knee not an adult and the holes didn’t lineup for the screws to go all the way in so you couldn’t even really put it together

What I like about it it was easy to put together it works like a professor now I see what it cost like $300 I feel OK it looks the same it works to say Amazon makes it more affordable I like it
