I owe this pants in Navy size 6 regular which still fits (thanks to stretchy fabric). I gained little weight and it started look tighter on the butt. I wanted to size up to have more room at the hip area and ordered Navy in size 8 regular and 10 perite. And you know what, they are all the same hip circumference, tights/leg width. The size 6, size 8 and size 10P are fit the same, just 10Petite is shorter.

I love these pants. They're really pretty and the quality is great but the sizing was way off. I ordered a size 8 and I actually had to look at the tag to make sure they weren't a size 12. I'm exchanging them for a size 4. I really think the 6 would be too big but that size wasn't available anyway. Something was definitely off because I'm 5'8", 140lbs and athletic build. Fingers crossed that the 4 fits because the pants are so nice.
