Beautiful and Comfortable, But Durability Is a Serious Concern

I purchased these heels on February 13th and truly fell in love with them from day one. The style is stunning and I received compliments every single time I wore them. The comfort level is genuinely impressive too. I could wear them all day without any pain, which is rare for a heel. That’s what makes my disappointment so frustrating. Just over three months later, the heel covering has completely disintegrated, exposing the metal rod inside. These are not everyday shoes for me. I wear them occasionally, which makes this level of deterioration completely unacceptable. For comparison, I own another pair of Calvin Klein Gloria heels purchased last year that I wear at least once a week, and they still look great. So I know the brand can deliver quality, which is exactly why this fell so short of expectations. For a brand at this price point, I expected much better construction and longevity. I would have rated these five stars for style and comfort alone, but I can’t in good conscience recommend them given how quickly the heel fell apart with only light use. ... show more

These are beautiful shoes. Very nicely made. Good heel height. But they don’t fit. They are too large for me. Sizing down, I can tell will make it too tight in the toe.
