I selected these konjac noodles because I am on a low carbohydrate diet, and these have very few net carbs and calories. The big surprise is how tasty they are! Honestly, I like them every bit as much as wheat noodles. Super simple to prepare, and the sauce that comes with them is also delicious. If you don't want the supplied sauce, you can also prepare them with any sauce you like, of with just a bit of butter and salt. They also work for Asian noodle dishes. Noodles are back in my diet!

I have tried many alternatives to regular pasta and this by far is the best I’ve come across. Are usually toss out the seasoning packets and add my own marinara sauce over the noodles. Even my husband gives them a pass. They are so easy to fix - just drain them pour over some boiling hot water, and they are ready to serve.

These are a STAPLE in my diet as a low carb, high protein, macro-tracking gal. I rarely use the flavor packet though so I can't really speak on taste BUT the consistency of the noodles are unmatched. They don't taste like your average konjac noodle, they are fluffy and thick. I've tried dozens for zero carb noodles and these are my favorite :)
