I knew that this was gonna be a weird fit based on my measurements vs those on the charts, which is why this gets a four-star rating. The vest is printed polyester, like cheap printed leggings, and I've replaced the necktie with a different bow (because A. I am terrible at tying bows, and, B. I have a thick neck and wasn't sure their ribbon would fit me). But the blazer is fully lined, and the skirt feels decent quality, even if it is short enough that I'm not sure how I would wear this to a convention whilst maintaining decency. I didn't actually try on the shirt, because... This costume is not for people who have arms. As you can see in the photos, it's actually loose at the waist and hips in a slightly unflattering manner (I will probably take it in at some point), but I had to leave the top button unbottoned to accomodate my bust. I *could* button it, but it gave me a weird quadboob. Again, I knew this would be the case based on the measurements; my bust is slightly too big for the 3XL of this costume, but my waist measurement is a couple inches smaller than the 3XL waist. The arms, though. The arms. I don't think of myself as having particularly muscular *or* fat arms for a person of my size, but I felt like the Hulk in this blazer. If I had flexed or tried to raise my arms too high, I think I would have torn clean out of that thing. I suppose it speaks to the quality of the stitching that it survived my Liefield-esque biceps during the photoshoot. As a pudgy person, a large fit me perfectly! I will admit it *is slightly* a bit snug / tight around the elbow parts ((or whatever)) of the white button up and coat, especially if you bend your arms, but it's not so tight to a point where it's uncomfortable. The socks were a bit smaller than expected, being around the mid-calf of my legs. The material of everything is perfectly comfortable, no weird smell, and came in packaged safely! Wore this for a convention; way too small in the arms and chest, even after I wore shape wear. For its price, I’d say it’s worth it, but please double check that sizing chart for my fellow plus size gals, ESPECIALLY THE WHITE SHIRT, I had to wear it mostly unbuttoned under all the other layers just to move my arms at all😭 ... show more

This costume is well made but the sizing is off. The skirt doesn't fit my ten year old daughter, who is of average size and wears a size 10/12 in children's clothing.
