The size of the footbed is about a size large. However the ankle fits very snug. So you cant wear heavy socks to make up for the footbed. The tight ankles dont look great with a skirt — strictly for pants.

This boot is great. It’s a ankle boot, but the best thing is it has like lambs wool inside to keep the inside from rubbing your ankles raw. Its a low heel, soft leather, It feels like butter. Now I wear a 8 shoe, but always go up 1/2 inch in boots because I wear socks, however these boots don’t have 1/2 sizes , so brought size nine and it fits perfect . I think if you bought your regular size it would feel too tight, but since it’s such soft leather it might not be too uncomfortable. Boot came with inserts to protect boot when not worn and a cloth bag to put your boots in to prevent scuffs. They are pricey, but worth it. ... show more
