These were fairly easy to install and look great. However one of the drains leaks when it is closed, think maybe the silicone washer may have a crimp in it (but I have yet to reach out to the vender or Amazon about it). The other issue I have is there is now way to reduce the water flow (a water restrictor ) other than adjusting the on/off valve under the sink. This will cause a noise and takes a while to reduce the water flow without the noise. And it, the noise, still returns every now and again. The media could not be loaded. Disclaimer: the faucet was installed on a new sink by a licensed contractor. It is awesome. Stable and the handle is easy to maneuver and responsive but not loose at all. The water flow is really lovely - exactly what I’d hoped for. The faucet itself is very attractive - we got the chrome version which is shiny and has nice lines - distinct but not too loud to not be able to match other hardware with. The handle swoop is nice and gives a solid thing to handle. Finally, it is sturdy and not flimsy at all (I was worried ordering sight unseen at a hardware store so thought I’d include that for others). I may buy one for the guest bathroom when we renovate. I’ve left other reviews since I purchased this faucet for all bathrooms in 2 different homes. 5 years and still as beautiful and functioning as day one. Heavy, all metal and easy to install. Just purchased these 2 for a duplex we are remodeling. Only one I don’t love is the rubbed bronze color I bought as it seems to water mark and it’s hard to get off, the brushes nickel cleans right up. ... show more

Really happy with this faucet so far, except when installing we had a little screen like piece left over but the instructions didn't say anything about where that would go. We have a few BWE faucets now, and one of them came with a similar piece already installed right where the water comes out. Pretty sure that's where the other one was supposed to go to. Updated 10/10/23: Like others my flow reduced to a trickle. I really love this faucet so I am very greatful to the other reviewers who posted the "fix" for this problem. One gave advise to watch video to remove handle, then remove the tiny round rubber washer/o-ring from the bottom screen/restricter; another suggested regulating the water flow using the valves under the sink (LOL, hard to believe I needed someone to suggest that!). So the first fix solved the flow problem, so much so I needed to follow the valve adjustment advice, I had a mini Niagra Falls in my sink. My flow is now back to the wonderful silky smooth cascade that I fell in love with. As a side note to the people who may have water flowing out of the handle after attempting this fix, take the handle off again and reset the blue rubber three hole gasket on the bottom of the handle cartridge. Ours got misaligned during the "fix" process, once we put the gasket back in the correct place our leaks stopped. As to the satin finish it is still flawless, enduring everyday use and routine cleaning like a champ! Original review: Husband says this was easier to install than the removal of the one it's replacing. Very nice water flow, smooth cascade not bubbly or airy like the previous faucet and the hot water arrives much sooner. Handle has a very solid feel, stays where you put it, nice satin finish. Overall a great faucet, especially for the price. Just love it, so much so I bought a second for the other bathroom! ... show more

Really looks great. Easy installation. I only wish an option was available for the sink stopper. I had to order the stopper for a ventless sink separately. Amazon should have manufacturer install the option with the faucet advertisement.
