This desk is an excellent addition to my home office. The desk arrived in good condition. The work surface is huge, which is exactly what I wanted. I'm able to spread all my stuff out with room to spare. It's sturdy and was very easy to put together. My favorite thing about it other than the size is that the surface is that highly durable kind of surface you'd find on desks in a commercial office setting. You can put your cold or warm drink directly on it without fear of damaging the surface whatsoever. It's also very hard to scratch. No need to use a desk top protector mat for typical use cases. I appreciate that it's completely open underneath, providing maximum flexibility for whatever you have that you want to put under it. I have an Ikea Alex drawer unit under it with about 1" of clearance, so it works well with that. I feel that I should mention that it does bow down in the middle of the desk top by a few millimeters. It's not noticeable during normal use, you can only tell if you look along the edge of the desk top from one side to the other. I think this is happening due to its length and the fact that I'm not using the separate "L" piece along with it so it has no support in the middle in the front. ... show more

With distance learning at my house, I needed to share my desk with my son. I looked for a nice long desk, and took a chance on this one. First of all, this desk is HEAVY! The FedEx guy had to use the dolly into my house because he knew I would never get it in the door without serious help. We had all of the parts, the instructions were good and we were able to put it together in a few hours. I love the grey color. It is really nice and could go in any house or office. I was pleased with the quality. Nothing was damaged and it seems to be a quality piece. Putting this together was a breeze! I would suggest putting the bottom piece exactly where you want it because once you put the top on...you will have a hard time moving it. Overall, really please with this desk, with the overall aesthetics and the ease of putting it together. Would buy another product from this company again. ... show more

I bought this desk to convert my existing L shaped BBF desk into a U shape desk to increase my desk space. It fits perfectly even though they are bought a few years apart. The quality is still very good, parts feel sturdy and installation is straightforward. The color didn't exactly match my existing desk since they don't have it in storm grey anymore, but I don't think it's too big of a concern. The desk is very sturdy, very heavy. I bought a 72” and a 60” desk because I wanted to make a huge L-shaped desk and nobody makes one that I like. There is so much space, finally my fiancé and I have space for everything! I drilled 3 15/64” holes on the side edge of the 72” table and on the face edge of the 60” table. I then put 2” long x 1/4” Dowel pins in the holes then lined them up. Secured the bottom with a 4” by 12” plate. Thank you BBF, I am very happy. The damage on the corners of the 60” desk is typical. I am disappointed and that’s why I removed a star. I think I will fill it with putty and try to paint it. Also, the back piece of the 72” desk has a crack in it. But that’s on the side that faces the wall. All disappointing for the longevity. Also, the tabletop scratches easy, so be delicate. ... show more

I really like this desk. I am short but it is a comfortable height, however it has ample leg room if you are tall. It was easy for my boyfriend to put together with just a little help from me, but very sturdy construction. The color, storm gray, is beautiful. It looks professional but not stuffy. There is room underneath for a 2-draw file cabinet if needed and still have quite a bit of leg room. Of course, Amazon made sure it was delivered on time. Received my order timely. Noticed a gouge in the table top once assembled (UGH). Looks like it was after packaging or during delivery as I could clearly see the matching damage to the box. Reached out to them via Amazon and received a prompt response. They offered to send a replacement top which was perfect, who wants to dismantle and return a heavy package like this would have been? The replacement process has been fairly timely, there have been a couple of back and forths to make sure they were sending the correct piece but the wait on the replacement is definitely worth not having to dismantle and trying to repackage and get it ready for a full on return. This sucker is HEAVY - I think it said 118 lbs on the delivery box. With that being said, it's also incredibly sturdy and very good quality. I have the 30 deep, 60 wide, 30 tall version and it's great. More akin to something you would find in an actual office building which is awesome. Compared to other similar sized desks, this was a little more pricey, but it's already well worth it. The media could not be loaded. Pros: Perfect size for my space. Easy to assemble. Only 4 pieces. Cons: It came with a huge scratch on the top of the desk! We carefully unboxed and gently leaned the top of the desk against the wall. We didn’t really look at the top and the underside of the desk was facing out as we built the rest. Not returning because it was already assembled before we noticed the scratch. Also, we ruined the packing materials trying to get the pieces out so returning it would have been very difficult! ... show more
