I needed more professional work shirts so I ordered this shirt in blue. I am 5’3 and 99 lbs and I ordered a small. I love how this looks. It’s soft and cute. I can pair this with my work pants; whether I tuck the shirt in or leave it out I still look professional. I love the front zipper so I don’t show too much cleavage. The sleeves are a bit too long but I don’t mind because it’s so cold in the office. And in hot weather I can roll the sleeves up, plus the top is loose enough so I can get some airflow. I will be ordering more in different colors.

I've now ordered this shirt in many colors after receiving the initial one. Wanted to make sure it would suit me and was curious about the convertible sleeves. Very pleasantly surprised how comfortable! Love the material and the design. I wear jeans to work and this adds some style. Our office is always cold so long sleeves are a must but I like the fact I can "roll" them up when I go outside. I don't wear them as much when the weather is super hot as the material is thicker than most blouses these days. Not complaining about that issue since that's a good thing! If they had some more colors, I'd add a few more blouses to my wardrobe.👍 Medium is perfect for me as I don't like a tight fit. 5ft6in 132lbs

I liked it so much that I immediately ordered a second one. Unfortunately that one had a crooked zipper and had to be returned but that isn't hard to do! I bought a third one that is great and a little more stretchy than the first, which is nice. I got compliments on it at a garden party yesterday.

FIt was very flattering even for curvy plus-sized person (me) I am 5'11" and the sleeves are slightly long. Shirt is long enough for my torso. Full-length sleeves with a strap and button (discreet) to convert to 3/4 length sleeve. The fabric is a little warm, so I will sav this for fall/winter. Love it so much, I will order in other colors/patterns. White is a crisp, true white .floral pattern vas shown. Very lovely.

Dress code at work is Business Casual. Top was perfect, true to size(XL)16 pants size, nice cotton feel fabric, not to thin, not too thick as its still summer but will also be perfect for winter, washes great low wrinkle, lots of compliments. Top is a pale yellow with gray & wine stripes paired perfectly with steel gray pants.
