on my Ridstar Q20, and it made a huge difference in ride quality. The stock fork on the Q20 is decent, but this upgrade noticeably improves shock absorption on rough terrain. The 180mm travel handles bumps, curbs, and off-road trails much more smoothly. Installation was pretty straightforward as long as you match the 9mm QR and 135mm spacing correctly. The air suspension is adjustable, which makes it easy to dial in for your weight and riding style. I really like the manual lockout feature for switching between street riding and off-road use. It feels sturdy and well-built, especially for the price point. On longer rides, it reduces hand and arm fatigue compared to the stock fork. It also gives the Ridstar Q20 a more aggressive and premium look. Overall, this is a worthwhile upgrade if you want better comfort, control, and performance from your Q20.

Fit nicely on my Ridstar Q20. I bought mine as a return used/never installed. Installing requires a bit of mechanical knowledge, and some additional parts possibly. In my situation there was no bearing seat installed on this fork, so I chose to remove the old one from my damaged fork. Even a new replacement bearing would require a seat installed. I did it with a pipe, hammer, and some gentle heat. Brakes required some reconfiguring to attach caliper as well. This has no holes drilled for a front fender, but there are places this could be done if desired. Works excellent for my needs.

If you are looking to upgrade your folding ebike shocks and handlebars/neck! These are worth looking into! Caution for Engwe EP-2 PRO users... This is not a threaded design and therefore you must swap out your race and neck setup to accept the better design, and this fork is a post fork for calipers not the IS standard that came with your bike so you must buy the post mount caliper bracket for 160mm rotor in front.

I put them on my ridstar q20 and they are amazing. If there is a local Pedago ebike shop near you, takei t there I had him put mine in for $50 and he did an amazing job. They arent fit exactly for ridstar, over time it will adjust to fit you just need to keep tightening it when the star nut becomes loose but the guy at pedago told me to keep coming in and he will keep tightening it. So recommend pedago and these forks they are also very light, which mean great for wheeling.

I write this while waiting in the emergency waiting area of a hospital. Chief Engineer. I know mechanical extremely well, no user error I put this together correctly. Assembled and used a torque wrench for every nut and bolt. First ride not even 10 minutes.. both slots for wheel axle shear clean off 100%. Didn’t hit a bump. Didn’t hit anything. Literally on grass. Front wheel flys off, detached. Forks dig in ground and I flip off my bike at 20mph. I’m 90% sure my thumbs broken, my arm may be broken and my neck is in immense pain. No crack noise nothing, literally disintegrated. Look at that garbage pot metal, weighed nothing. So many holes and defects in casting. DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH UNLESS YOU WANT TO DIE OR GET BADLY INJURED. F* THIS PRODUCT AND THE MANUFACTURER

Nice fork. Unfortunately the gold version has wider axle shoulders than the black (visible in stock images) and the stock 9x135 skewer does not work. Emailed bucklos for advice. I’m not having any luck sourcing a 9x145-150mm nonQR skewer.
