My wife picked this item out, and she does wear it. Most of this is her findings along with what I saw myself with it on her. For reference she's about 5'2 and about a hundreds lbs, and I ordered the small one for her. Fit: She actually says it fits perfectly for what she would expect, or if anything it ran ever so slightly larger. Not noticeably so, but it definitively did not run small anyway. It does go all the way to the floor and would look good with heals if you wear them. Material: 100% Viscose, which, if you don't know what that is, is a fancy way to say, it's 100% Rayon. Bonus pros: -It has pockets. -Great summer feel and look (not constricting). -"Flowy" bottom section. -Has a built-in liner/slip to make sure it isn't see-through. -Soft, comfortable and breathable material. Cons: -As said, it seems to run slightly larger so, it won't give you a fitted look if you were going for that. again, it's a "flowy" dress, but, it just runs slightly large in some places like the belly (which maybe a good thing if you're packing a little pooch there). Image 1 shows the side-view. My wife suggested a belt of some sort if you want to bring that area in to accentuate your curves' -The neck area has a "tie" or string or something that you tie (image 2). She's not fond of it, it can catch on jewelry or other things. It also doesn't really seem to fit, or look right. I dunno, it just seems like it clashes slightly with the style of dress. It's not bad, you might even find it cute, opinions vary. One image from the product itself shows it without the tie-part so, maybe you can remove it. Definitely good material, looks clean and nice, the design is well done. I dinged one star because at the time of the review this item is listed for $42.00. That's just waaaay too high for this. It's nice, don't get me wrong, it's just not 42bucks nice. Maybe get it on sale, 20ish or so, and be ready to accentuate it with "flair."

This is a very pretty and lightweight dress. It is perfect for summer. It is lightweight enough to be worn on the beach or out on the town in the middle of summer. The design is very pretty. It feels like a good quality material and it’s super comfortable. It’s a little bit bigger than I expected, but everything runs different now.

This dress is extremely comfortable! It is made with a lightweight woven viscose material that breathes so you stay nice and cool in warm weather. Even though the fabric is lightweight, it is not sheer so you can't see through it. It is bigger and baggier than it looks in the picture, but the arm holes are the right size so my bra doesn't show under my arms. I would need to take it up 2" to 3" on each side to make it fit me the way it does on the model in the picture. Since it may shrink some when I wash it, I will wait until it has been laundered a few times before I make any alterations. It is nice and long with a generous, flowy skirt and the hem sits about 2" above my ankle. It has roomy pockets on both sides that are big enough to carry phones, sunglasses, wallets, etc. This dress was very wrinkled when I got it so I put it in the dryer for 10 min. to get rid of the wrinkles and when I took it out, I noticed a pulled thread in the skirt that left a white line through one of the blue flowers. I was able to smooth it back into place so it looks ok now, but I am concerned that the fabric weave is loose enough that it may snag if I'm not careful. This dress is very easy to care for! It can be machine washed in warm water and tumble dried. While it really isn't something I would wear to work, this dress is perfect for other activities when I want to wear something comfortable and feminine. It is ideal for lounging around the house on hot summer days, running errands on the weekends, strolling on the beach, picnicking outdoors and attending casual outdoor parties and events. It looks great with sandals, sunglasses and a floppy hat, but could also be worn with espadrilles or white sneakers.

Opening up this dress brought a smile to my face. The vibrant pattern, rich colors, and soft viscose fabric was a great pick-me-up after a long day. Some people didn't like how the dress fits them. For me, the dress fit was great right out of the box, and I could easily toss a stitch in the back if I wanted a more form-hugging fit. I would rather take in a dress that's more forgiving at the waist, as opposed to try and squeeze into a dress that is too tight. It fits really well at the arms and neck, and the neck fit can easily be adjusted without showing off too much. I like the versatility of this dress, and how comfortable the fabric is. The dress passed the test of: "does it twirl when I spin?" Yes, it does! Sadly, I have some concerns about the durability of the fabric and stitching, and deducted a star to reflect that. Some of the threads were already loose right out of the package, and despite trimming those threads promptly, a few more came undone during the first gentle-cycle wash on cold water. The care instructions on the dress indicate you can machine wash warm and tumble dry low. I always line dry all of my dresses, but even for those people who love using dryers to wear out their clothing, I would definitely recommend air drying for any viscose fabric. If you need a cute summer frock, this dress is adorable and comfortable. I would wear it to the beach, brunch, or a casual daytime wedding. I don't think it would stand up well to regular wear and washes, but it's great for a special occasion.
