I got this for my 16 yo daughter, who needed dresses for church and other outings. She is 5'11" and wears an XXL. The size was as expected and advertised in the sizing chart. My daughter loves this dress. it gives her a boho look that is really "in" right now. The length on her goes to mid-calf, the sleeves just to her elbow, and the neckline to just a tad to show a little cleavage. This dress does have a tie to cinch the waist if wanted. She prefers to keep that loose so as to hide her "lovely lady lumps" and not to emphasize her waist and belly. There is a slit in the front on the dress, that does up to her knee. This dress is really good for all occasions and she does wear it often.

I like that this dress is super comfy and drawstring waist gives it a bit of shape. That being said, the material is not the best quality and I didn't like the front split. The dress is already pretty full and flowy and the split isn't necessary really doesn't add anything to the dress. I like that the sleeves are on the longer side so this dress is perfect for late spring or early fall as well as summer. I am 5' 9", 135lbs and I purchased the medium but would have been better off with a small as there is a lot of material & fullness in the skirt once I pull the drawstring waist tight.

I thought this dress was so cute on the model, however I'm a size medium, and at 5'4" I'm shorter than the model. It did not look flattering on me at all, I looked like a pioneer woman who should be on the set of "Little House on the Prairie". This was very disappointing as I was hoping to love this dress. My initial thought when ordering it was I loved how flowy and casual it looked, while still having cute detail to it, and I do like that it has a draw sting at the waist, to still see your figure in it, but it just wasn't enough. Maybe I needed a small, it definitely swallowed me, I usually order a medium, so I would recommend sizing down, unless this is going to shrink in the wash, but the fabrics don't sound to me like they will.

It’s a little unflattering, especially the puffy arms, and the elastic is kind of wide so I don’t think you could bunch it like in the picture. The material is kind of stiff, and since the fit is loose, it makes it very puffy but not flowy. I’m considering removing the sleeves and putting a dart under the armpits to bring the fabric in a bit in hopes of making this look nicer. Maybe after washing it, it’ll loosen up a bit, but for the price, I would not recommend this dress.

This dress is heavier than I thought it would be which just makes it even better. It's very well made and feels great. It feels expensive if that's possible lol. It's simple yet sexy and I love the small slit on the front. The boho style is really cool and you can match any shoes at all with it. This is one of my favorite pieces so far!

I love the color and sleeve length of this dress. The drawstring really does act like a belt, which makes it more flattering. I like the metal accents on the end of the drawstring. The buttons on the v-neck are not functional however. The color is bright emerald green and very fun. I love the slit in the front of the skirt. It isn't too high, but makes it more interesting. I don't know that this is the MOST flattering dress i've ever worn, but it is really comfortable and well made.
