Purchased at the last literal second for a wedding as I wanted to wear something flowy and romantic for late summer and realized that my closet is still stuck in the 2012 bodycon era. Followed the size chart and got the XL and it fits with room to spare, including the underarm part which is elastic and was my main concern as a busty lady. For reference I am 5’7/275 and typically an XXL so this was a VERY pleasant surprise! Fabric is thick and unlined and I can see what some were saying about the pleats being “off” with the belt added but I don’t mind that. My only wish was that the “belt” was a bit longer as I think the double tied look would be more flattering (giving more of the Grecian/Megara effect) but that’s just my personal preference. Will update post wedding should anything else seem helpful, about to buy the black now!

The media could not be loaded. The color was beautiful. It was a soft, comfortable fabric. The pleating is nice however I had a hard time getting it to lay correctly across my chest area. I even tried belted and unbelted. It was too long on my as I’m only 5ft tall. I returned it because it was too large.

You can definitely size down. Wear it with the belt or with out for a totally diff look. Im taking this dresa on my cruise for formal night. Its flowy and flattering. Usually i am a medium in dresses i got a small. Im only 5'1 too and not too long at all! Its perfect.

The media could not be loaded. I loved the color of this dress and the panels make it look more luxurious. I ordered a small, and there’s plenty of room for movement. The assymetrical shoulder can be tightened or loosened. There is also a wrap around to tighten the dress around your midsection, complete with gold accessories. Currently pregnant, and I looked more like cartoon Ariel wrapped in a her shipwreck sheet, then a Disney Princess ;).

I ordered the recommended size large (5'6" 185lbs) but I could wrap it all the way around me+. I know it's supposed to be a little big and then sinched with the belt, but I'd size down for a better fit. The bean paste red color is really pretty.
