I wear a size 8, small bust with a little more weight in the middle than I would like, but the medium fit well. Elastic waist and adjustable halter neck ties allowed for a customized fit. I ordered the light blue, which is more of a periwinkle/cornflower blue. The fabric had some light stretch. Not see-through. The pleated skirt kept its pleats after a light steaming. I am 5ft 6in tall. Skirt fell to above the knee. Thinking about buying it in another color!

I just received this dress, for a party in 3 days, it didn't have pictured belt in pkg. It fits great, I really like it, however I may not be able to find a suitable belt in time and will have to shop for something else during my already busy schedule this week.
