The color and print on this dress is unique and really pretty. I wanted this to work so much but the smocked area of the bodice is just too long and narrow. The sleeves wouldn’t lay right either with the shoulders poking up. As other mentioned the neck opening is too snug to be comfortable. If the bodice was empire style it would be perfect. The length was perfect hitting at my ankles. The material felt nice and is a good weight for summer in Texas. I’m 5 foot tall, 150 lbs, and ordered a large. I have a high waist and bit of a mommy tummy. A taller thinner person would probably look great in this dress.

The top of the dress did not come down to my waist, it came to right below my chest. It also was shorter than I was expecting. I like long dresses, but this did not hit my legs where it did the model. It was shorter on me. I am 5'11" and 200 lbs.
