I love this top, but I also love to push up my sleeves. Because the wrist elastic is very narrow and pretty tight, it really cuts into my arm if I push up the sleeves. I end up rolling it somewhat to encase the elastic in more layers of fabric. Other than that, it really is a very nice top.
