It has a warm layer in the inside and thick enough to keep the cold from coming through. It's pretty comfy but NOT too stretchy. OVERALL I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FIT. BTW I'm 5'2 weighing 145LBS ordered a Small. I recommend if you are about the same in height and weight but have a big bottom you might be better with a medium because the butt are does not stretch much.

This tracksuit is soft material and keeps body warm. I like the elastic around the ankles to help with fitting. I’m typically a size 14-16 and I ordered an XL - fit well.
