Very cute skirt. There is stretch to it. The slit allows you to walk at a normal gait. The length is really cute. I am 135lb, 5’6” and normally wear a medium, size 8. This fits me well, so I would say true to size.

I bought several of these skirts and even the white was not see thru. The fabric is like the old thick, stretchy double knit of the 70's. I will wear year round.
