UPDATE: (old review below) Updated review: Oliva from the after sales team reached out to me and was very helpful the entire time. I now have a pair of shoes that fit perfectly, it's a size up from my normal but looks and feels great. Oliva was super helpful, went above and beyond. We tried a style of show that's different from my original purchase, but I do plan to give the original shoes a try as well, in a bigger size. ... I love the look of these shoes, since they don't have half sizes (I'm an 8.5), i got the 9 and it feels like trying to squeeze my 8.5 feet into size 8 shoes, not 9. They are tight and very uncomfortable. I am hoping I can save then with shoe stretchers, because I really do love the style...the sizing is off with these, and I don't want to get a 10 because those look way too long in the toe, and that would look odd on me. ... show more
