Very nice item. The item was neatly packaged and even arrived a day earlier than expected . The cost, "DEFINITELY WORTH THE PRICE". These boots, "LOOK REALLY GOOD". They are true sizing, comfortable, very warm and so neatly made. I think they will last longer than I expected. The materials that made these Boots are fairly decent and nice; comparing to some of those that have higher prices and donot give the level of comfort that this Bruno Marc Boots offers. I really wanted to like these but there's no arch support and they feel like you're walking on the ground. I had to return. UPDATE: 2 things to note. One these look a lot like the Ugg's brand shoe except they are significantly less expensive. I tried those as well and they both feel the same to me so if you like this style, you should save yourself some money and just get these. UPDATE #2: One last thing I want to mention is that customer service was excellent. When I reported the issue they were quick to respond and I'm satisfied with the outcome. Based on that I moving my rating to 5 stars. You don't see a lot of companies out there that care so when you do, you need to point that out.
