These are pretty much as good as I hoped. I bought them at the same time as the dress sneakers and the loafers are much more comfortable and feel more solidly built. Both shoes look pretty good, so if you are just buying something to wear once in a while to look good at an event, they are a decent buy, but if you are wearing them a few times a week, spend more and get something better.

These shoes are very comfortable and great if you need to be in a suit, but standing for long periods of time. They are true to size and durable. I bought them for my teenage son to wear with the tux for choir. They don't slip and he is able to sustain his balance on the risers while singing.

Pros: they look really nice, and we're pretty much perfect out of the box. They're relatively cheap. That's about it. Cons: wore out on me within only about 6 months to the point of being unwearable (I work a desk job and my shoes see little more than a couple thousand steps a day). They start to peel very early, and the soles are glued on only which starts to come apart rapidly. Decent shoes in a pinch, but not worth 40-50 bucks. 3 stars seems fair considering the price.
