I just got back from a 16-day trip to France, during which I wore these shoes each and every day under different conditions. When my luggage was lost, I did a lot of walking in Lourdes in search of a store where I can buy clothes and other needs, when I was in Paris, I walked in heavy rain and perfect weather, and finally, at Mont St. Michel, I walked and climbed and walked and climbed rocky and concrete surfaces. These shoes, which got some horrible reviews, served me well. The soles hardly show any wear and tear. I am giving it a rest before using it again in the jungles of Manhattan. I am also giving it five stars.

I was looking for a new pair of shoes for my partner, because he never wore anything besides the same pair of sneakers for the last 6+ years, he was interested in trying something else, but was worried they wouldn’t be comfortable or fit well. He now wears these all the time and they’re a great dress up shoe! Casual and comfortable, great for walking, the elasticity makes them easy to move, they have great traction in weather and they look so good! He says they fit very comfortably, and they are such good quality for the price they are. If you have a man in your life who hates dressing up and you want him to look a little nicer, definitely get these!

I bought these shoes to wear infrequently. The shoe is a great shoe for the price, but the insole in the shoe is deplorable to me. It was so cushy soft that I had no feel for putting my feet down, and it felt like I was wobbling and my feet were rolling from side to side because of the insoles. I had a pair of insole I had bought for others shoes, I inserted them, and the difference was great.

Love these shoes, I bought them for travel to Portugal where we do extensive walking (7 to 10 miles daily). They are lightweight, very breathable and comfortable. Take it from a guy with daily foot pain for as long as I can remember, these are well worth the small investment. These are a mesh shoes that have support but not like a stiff shoe that’s the reason for 3 star under support.

I LOVE these shoes! Title says it all but I’ll elaborate. The memory foam may not be a true memory foam that you’d find in other more expensive brands but it is still great. The shoe itself is soft but the elastic around the ankle adds nice support. And they really do look great. The toe and lace design means you can wear them with jeans but you can also dress them up and wear with chinos. The elastic fit around the ankle adds that versatility so they look great with shorts too. And did I mention the great price? These shoes do not look or feel like they cost only $40. 10 out of 10, will be buying other colors and recommend to friends.

These are lightweight and very comfortable. The insole has some moderate padding. They seem to be "breathable". My feet don't sweat while wearing. Finally, they are a cool design and look good on me.

As described, I used the paper measurement technique. Based on a standard sheet of paper 8 1/2" x 11" and the sizing described, it specified that I order a size 11. I typically wear a mens size 10.5 and took a chance and ordered this shoe in a 10.5 and NOT the 11. The 10.5 fit perfect and I plan to purchase more in various colors.
