I thought these looked nice in the pictures and decided to buy them to try them out. I have been thinking of ordering a brand name pair similar to these, but have never owed any double monk strap style shoes. This was the perfect solution to test the waters, as these were about $50, and the brand name ones I like are about $250-$400. I have been so surprised right from the start! The box and packaging even exceeded expectations. There was a strange smell when I opened the box, but it dissipated pretty quickly. The shoes look amazing in person, especially considering the low price point. The upper is not leather, but most people would be able to tell just by glancing at them. The sole is rubber, which makes them comfortable to walk in. I will say, as far as new shoes go, these are some of the most comfortable dress shoes I have bought in a while that were this comfortable before even being broken in. I did not know how the strap system would work, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found that there was an elastic band paired to each strap, making these easier to get on and off. Getting them on can be a bit of a challenge at first, since they have to be tight enough to not slip off when you are walking. Just buy a cheap shoe horn for a few dollars and it will make it so much easier for you (not to mention, it helps prevents you from damaging the upper by twisting and jamming your foot in the shoe). I hope these shoes hold up for a while, because they look amazing and are sold at such a cheap price point. I may end up buying the remaining color options based off of how much I like this first pair!

These shoes are great. I wore them on a work trip thinking I was going to be sitting in meetings all day. Well, I ended up playing Wiffle ball game on a tennis court one day and then taking a 1+ mile walking tour of the office campus on another. The shoes were comfortable and didn't bother my feet.

I bought this shoe for my wedding and it looks nice but it’s quick to realize that the shoe is cheaply made and provides little adjustment for the wearer beyond 3 small holes on each the top and bottom straps. For the price and one time fit, not a bad option, but for quality, just spend the extra cash.

My husband wore these to our grandson’s wedding and received so many compliments. Everyone of all ages raved about how stylish these shoes are and how stylish my husband looked wearing them. They look like expensive leather shoes and my husband said they were very comfortable.

I was so excited to get these shoes. They look fantastic and the fit was exactly as I expected. My only issue was the quality. I wore these to one wedding and they got scuffed up really bad and some of the color rubbed off. I wish they were a little more durable
