I have small feet and wear boy size. I bought these for office work and used them for just over 1 month before realizing that the bottom of both shoes have split open at the heel. Otherwise they are very nice but wish they last longer and did not scuff as easily.

Love the shoe itself and it is great quality. Size wise, they run WAY big. My son wears a size 4, and that is a size 4 in the picture. As you can see, I have a full thumb nail plus some between his toe and the end of the shoe. Fits more like a size 6.

I normally wear a men's street shoe in 5.5-6. This big kid's size 6 shoe was much too large - 1-1.5 sizes too large. It's at least as large as a men's size 7-7.5. Too bad because I liked the shoe otherwise. It looks well made and matches the image shown on the website. I'm giving it a 4* rating mainly because it was too large for me, but if you get the proper size, you'll probably like it. ... show more

Wow I love these shoes! They're definitely my favorite shoes. I even bought a second pair because I originally intended them for a wedding but I knew that I would wind up wearing them constantly and scuff them before the wedding occurs, so now I have a pair to show and a pair to blow. Which turned out to be a good call, because I got caught out in the rain one time and the puddles of course slightly stripped the finish from the wood in the heels. Also, because they have a bit of a shine (though less of a patent look than in the photo) they do scuff somewhat easily, though not excessively so. The mars are barely noticeable after wearing them pretty frequently for two months, however. I just want to have a pair on hand which will be pristine for the wedding and other special occasions in the future. One thing I was surprised at is how good of an arch support they have. I usually have to wear inserts in my shoes, but not in these! (In fact, the inserts actually do not fit in these shoes as the arch support is already good enough that adding more raises my heel too high for them to fit properly.) As others have mentioned, they do run a bit large. I have small feet and usually wear a size 5 boys, but I ordered a size 4 and they fit perfectly. ... show more

The shoe is cute but oh my, so hard to get on. My son loved these shoes as they looked like dads. However, it took us a solid 10 minutes to get them on. Even loosening and taking off the strings. The back where the ankle rests is very flimsy on one shoe and too hard on the other so it makes it nearly impossible to put on. These were okay...you get what you pay for. They very clearly look and feel like fake leather, even from a distance, but they will still work well for costumes or special occasions. I am an adult female who bought these for myself. I usually wear a woman’s size 9 or European size 39. I purchased these in a size 6/euro 38, and they were still very long on my feet. I had about 3/4 of an inch of extra room. They were packaged nicely and did not have any wear or scratches. I’m satisfied with my purchase—if I work these into my wardrobe and wear them like I want to, I’ll spend the money for a nice pair of leather shoes. ... show more

The shoe looks great! It is well made, but the sizing is off. I did read other reviews that stated they run large. My son wears a size 12.5, so I ordered the 12. It fits more like a size 1 or 2.
