    • I only buy the name brand tape for my P-Touch unit.

In the past, other knock-off versions have failed me. Then it was requested that I return the product for a refund. However, you can't do this if the first two tapes (from a multi-tape package) work fine and the third one fails. You don't have the exact quantity they need to issue the refund.

I had Brother products previously, and they work perfectly. Unfortunately, I received a defective product this time. The adhesive part of the tape won't come out. As a result, the label will have text, but it can't be put on anything. I tried to reach out to customer service but found this after the grace period.
