I love the look of these shoes, and they’re really great for walking, and pretty great for running too - I run on the mid-front of my foot, so I don’t get as much benefit there, but they still perform well and aren’t uncomfortable. I have a slightly narrow to normal-width foot, and the toe box feels better than the ghost toebox, roomy but not sloppy. Sizing is true to size, where the ghost runs small, so that’s another pro for this shoe too. If you do a lot of squats, be aware that this shoe is a bit funny for that purpose. When I lean back on my heels for a good squat, I run into that rounded edge and feel like I’m teetering on a precipice, ha. No complaints on materials - it’s light. I really like the laces too.

I've worn Brooks shoes for over two decades (usually the Ghosts) and have always been happy with them after breaking them in. This is the first Brooks shoe that required NO breaking in and I immediately felt faster on my feet! First couple runs and I feel like I'm flying. The price point is appropriate, the shoes are lightweight , and the colors are fun. So unbelievably happy with my purchase!

I love love love these shoes. I began running around May of 2024, and successfully completed multiple Half Marathon races and a Full Marathon this past January. I have these shoes in three different colors. They are very lightweight, supportive and cushioned...but not too soft (like a gel nimbus or similar). Great for long distances, in my opinion. I am sad these have been upgraded, but do like the new version as well.

Love these shoes! I was starting to get knee pain with a popular check mark pair of shoes and was looking for something different that would provide comfort. I’m glad I found this pair, since wearing these new shoes my knee pain has gone away.

This is my second Brooks Hyperion. The first pair was great while it lasted, and it only lasted about 4 months of normal use before giving me sore feet. This Hyperion in particular is very light, which is what I was looking for, and feels springy and gives your step a bit of boost. It doesn't weight down compared to Brooks Glycerin or Adrenaline, which I'm not fan of. However, I still feel Brooks Launch 9 is by far the best in their light line, because the base is wider than Hyperion and as a result Launch 9 is much more cushiony and supportive without the weight.
